Welcome back to the Art of Pay Traffic podcast.

I'm your host, Rick Mulready.

How's it going?

If my voice sounds different from the last episode,

this is the voice of not getting any sleep.

This is the first episode that I've done since I had my baby girl.

And I'm so energized to be back with you, recording new episodes for you.

The last six or seven shows were all batched back in mid-November because I did not want you going without any episodes and content here on the show.

I want to make sure that you were taking care of around this time.

I kind of planned on coming back and getting back in the swing of things in my business here in late January.

And I'm recording this on the 28th, January 28th.

So life has changed a bit now that I have a newborn. It has been

so much different than I ever expected. And it was so much harder. It's been so much harder

than I was prepared for. And it totally, totally threw me for a loop. Everything from the physical side to things of not getting any sleep, et cetera,

to the mental side, to the emotional stuff.

Man, I was not ready for any of it.
