And I know you and I talked about this, is that, you know, like I said, is you want to seek the truth and what people are saying, but it goes even deeper.

You know, we got into human behavior a long time ago in my company.

We heard chief people officers, one of the most well-renowned human behaviorists in our company.

We have daddy issues, bomb issues um things that happen in our past i've been abandoned um i have these fears

and it gets triggered and you get emotionally triggered it's why i meditate twice a day i do all

these things on myself to deal with my past and things i've had to deal with. And we teach all these

things because it's important that, you know, I gave the example of a young man in acquisitions

where he was struggling to hit his KPIs. And you bring a little and find out. You bring up an

incredible point is that, you know, people say, well, how do I become a better

leader?

Yeah.

If you want to become a great leader, now I'm listening, but also really, really understanding

what's going on with the person and asking questions, like you said, but it's also all this, what this leads into is

inspiring. So if you remember, went back when I read Rich Dad, Poor Dad, well, Sharon Lecter,

that was her story. And she's been so on I've been following. And when I started my podcast,

which is now a TV show, Mike, I brought her on as a guest, okay,

because I always wanted to meet her. I'm like, well, I want to meet the woman that inspired me.
