So today I am going into the vault and I am finding some of the best clips from a 24-hour

clubhouse room that we ran this year.

It was an amazing experience to be part of, to host it, to admin it, and to grab friends

and peers from the industry into one room on the leading audio app and help hosts all

over the world. We had a lot of fun. We touched every single corner of the globe and what

I wanted to do is be able to put it together, find the best bits and put it into the daily

Boots podcast. So I hope you enjoy. The section is not more than 10 minutes but it's going

to feature a part of the 24-hour room that resonated the most with me. So thank you for

One of the things that we were talking about that built trust and this is from Julie

George who is obviously probably fast asleep right now is just making sure that alongside

that trust page just having oafs towards your guests so whether or not it is a case of

just having something that you stand by where, look, if you, when you try and book with

us, if we can't find you somewhere this time then we'll give you 5% off the next day

with us or if the place isn't as clean as you'd expect then get in touch with us and

we'll offer you something. Just really make it a measurable way you can give them oafs towards

whatever it is that you say you will do because it shows that you believe in that aspect

of this day. Are we still going if we got any more in the room?
