Hello and welcome back to the show. Today, I'm doing an episode that is a bit of a series I've had in my mind that I've wanted to do for quite some time,

story of my life, so many ideas, so little time, which is some easily digestible core teachings

from the Moon Studio. We have a lot of ideas, practices,

techniques inside of our workshops and inside of our containers, and there's so much

wisdom going on, and I realized that not a lot of listeners

of the podcast may be familiar or may know what goes on inside of the Moon Studio. You might think

this is just a podcast, like not just a podcast. No podcasts are just

podcasts. They're all heart, soul, grit, grace, artistry, you know, of everyone involved.

Of course. Of course, of course. And this is really an arm of my business, of my studio, the moon studio, that creates workshops,

meditations, courses, classes, workbooks that are all designed to help folks live a more intuitive and creative life. So I try to make

this podcast have the energy of our classes. If I'm going to be one of your guides, one of your teachers, I want the pod to have

that same energy. And a lot of the concepts that we explore on the pod, we go much more deeper.

We have a lot more depth inside the classes, inside the membership,

inside the workshops. So I wanted to go even deeper because there's 12,000 of you listening

out there, but on average we'll have anywhere between 50 and 200 folks in our
