You know, it's so interesting because I want to talk about the importance of habits.

When my mission is to enjoy the consistent, every day persistent without quid pursuit

of our own potential, I think understanding potential is directly relative and related

to creating the behaviors or the habits that get us there faster.

And so we all have different skills, knowledge and desire, and aligning the skills and

knowledge and desire to what we want is essential and being okay, detaching from an outcome

that, you know, our skills, knowledge and desires may not be as aligned or synergistic

And that's okay.

It takes a long time to see progress, and that's because there's three characteristics

of habits, and they're actually the same as the characteristics, the energy, because
