You wrote a pretty major piece in the Sunday Times looking at why Britain has

stagnated over the last few years. Can you sum up the piece? Yeah, I think that

pretty much everybody in the UK has the sense that nothing's working.

Sam and I discuss building an online magazine, where to find the best people,

and also how the magazine caught the attention of Stripe who decided to purchase the company.
