Ken, this is the Ken Coleman show, and to that end I want to encourage some of you

who are in mental transition, maybe you're actually in a transition, maybe

you're just in the very beginning of considering is there a transition?

I mean a big life transition.

I'm going to share a good bit of my story today to encourage you first and then to equip you

so that you can actually make this move. So let's set the tone, shall we? We live in a world,

and we're going to cover this in more detail in our next segment. Well, we live in a world where

as I said at the beginning, there is a trend, and it's a hot trend, and it's not going to be

just a trend, it's going to be the new normal very, very soon. And that is that a diploma at

college degree is no longer the prerequisite for success. Now, one of the things that has made

the message of a degree is the best way to be successful is it played to our fighter flight

psyche, right? That we humans, we long for a clear path. We just do. The more we know,

the better we feel. Just who we are. And so what has happened is, is the, and it was brilliantly

done, the college degree became a really strong marketing message that met our deepest human

need, which is, what do I do to go forward? And it was just mapped out for us.

All right. I mean, now I'm just going to tell you, for those of you who like some depth, I want

you to chew on that one. And just, you know, bring that one up at your next cocktail party and just
