What was most challenging parts of your real estate career?

So I'd say maybe just kind of like the loneliness factor.

If we keep buying real estate and putting the right people in place,

yes, I'd love to just be the owner and kind of like,

you know, the driver in that way and

check in and all that kind of stuff and that's on like the long-term vision but

for now like let's find the next you to replace you you know as we go about doing

that versus I want to get somebody like really excited

keeps them everything I know run with it and if they stay great and the whole idea

there is build a vision big enough to where they don't want to.

With that being said what I've also learned after you know the last few years is like I thought

everybody wanted to be an entrepreneur.
