In the past half century,

in the past half century, just a dozen men, they've all been men, have delivered a budget to the House of Commons.

Good for charge bears and good for the country. I commend it to the hearts.

Some were more memorable than others.

A politician presenting his first budget rather like a lion tamer trying out his act for the first time.

Some unraveled quicker than you can say hot sausage rolls.

And this is a budget for the future, and I have one further announcement.

While others contained major economic

financial and political reforms which have lasted decades. Because of the

steps we took opposed by the party opposite but who knows what's going to be in it.

I commend the House of Budget that puts the next generation first.

Who controls the master spreadsheet and what's really in the Red Box.
