And I don't mean a breathing pattern, but instead what it means to breathe with a greater sense of

with the sound of the bells. So I came across this beautiful poem, or what I perceive to be a beautiful poem that really landed poignantly for me.

It's called Breath of Life by Dana Faults, and I'd like to read it to you.

So again, this is called Breath of Life. I breathe in all that is.

Awareness expanding to take everything in,

I breathe my way to wholeness and healing.

So I certainly don't expect you to feel the same way toward it that I do, but I will share what I did like about it. First, you know, I don't know

anything about Dana Fault, and I'm not sure I'm saying her name correctly, but this poem feels like it was written from a place

of being connected to something deeper, whether it was following a meditation practice or an insight
