0:42.3	It's one I suffered a chronic case of, so much so that I spent 24 years of a life sentence in prison for kidnapping, robbery, and attempted murder.

0:58.7	The solution is a mixture of elements.
1:01.9	It begins with the willingness to look at your belief system

1:07.3	and how your actions negatively impact,
1:10.1	not just yourself, but the people around you.
1:12.6	The next ingredient is a willingness to be vulnerable with people
1:17.6	who will not just support you, but hold you accountable.
1:22.6	But before I tell you about this,
1:25.6	I need to let you know that in order to share this,
