Are you a master at brainstorming? This is how you will solve creatively. Almost every

problem that's put in front of you. I'm here, getting my hair cut and also got a

few people from my traffic team, marketing team here at the office. My trees

teach us how to brainstorm. If you don't have a brainstorm, I could tell you

this you will always underperform your creative talents because you won't know

how to make what they call neural connections, neural plasticity. So over

here I was asking them to brainstorm on why people, what determines if you watch

a YouTube video. And I know the answer that I'm looking for and I've been here

for 10 minutes and they were struggling. So I said, let's do a rapid fire

brainstorm session. And I said, this is how you do it. Pretend like you have to

list a hundred things or else you get shot in the head. So I'm just going to

gun to your head, rush and roulette. And they're like every time you don't hit a

hundred, I'm going to click that thing. Russians are crazy. They play that

rut. That's why you don't want to ever mess with Russian people. They used to

play Russian roulette. Anybody that plays games at home like Americans play

like monopoly and twister. Russians used to play Russian roulette. Anyway, pretend

you got that gun to your head and you got to hit a hundred. And so I told them

we'd go rapid fire. And Nathan was counting. And in about five minutes, we hit

or three minutes, we hit 20, which is horrible because we had too many people. I'm
