Summary
On this episode I’m talking about burnout, and if you know my story you’ve heard how it was a significant turning point in my life as an entrepreneur, and human. I went through this period of burnout about two years ago, where I took a full 6 months away from my company. That feeling had been building for quite some time before I took my sabbatical, resulting in serious physical manifestations for me.
This topic of burnout is not only really important to me, it’s something that I hear about so often from the people that I work with, which is why I felt that I really needed to dedicate an episode of the podcast to talking about it.
Today I am going to move you through a three-pronged process to bounce back from burnout by becoming aware, aligned and then taking action! Are you ready?
