Today we're going to hardboil some eggs.

Place the eggs tightly in a single layer in a sauce pan.

Cover the eggs with water, so they won't crack, add one tablespoon of salt.

Cover the pan and place it on the stove top on high heat.

Bring the water to a boil, then immediately shut off the stove and let the

covered pot of eggs just sit there. Set the timer for 15 minutes. When the timer goes
