know your worth and then attacks. Period. Don't allow anybody to shame you out of becoming a

different person. So today we are talking about

becoming the best version of yourself. And what better time to start thinking about evolving,

upgrading and your reinvention than a new year. As human beings, as women, it is so important that we level up, that we

continue to grow, that we continue to excel. The whole part of living is to actually be

progressing, to be moving forward. That's why we celebrate birthdays. That's why we celebrate

milestone. That's why we celebrate celebrations, right?

Because it's marking the end of one thing and the beginning of a new thing.

And you always hear the new year.

And I don't think people are saying it anymore because they're kind of scared, but people say,

New Year, new me.

And I am always down for anybody that wants to reinvent themselves.

Don't allow anybody to shame you out of becoming a different person, a new person. And all I will

say is that becoming new, becoming different, takes intention and it takes time. So don't allow anyone to shame you about

becoming better, becoming new, becoming different, completely reinventing yourself, transforming

yourself. Don't allow anybody to shame you, not the internet, not your family, nobody, okay?

You have, we have the right to change and we have the right to evolve.
