Because obviously, if comping wasn't an issue, there would would be so many comping questions and classes. And comping calls and how many comping calls do we have, you know? Like I totally agree. So here it's reps. The answer to that question is the worst answer possible. It's practice, practice, practice, practice. I wish we could put a chip in our brain and say, I'm just good at

comping now. How I became an incredible compor was reps. I just, my job was at Kigley,

prior to hiring handsome Jeff Houlihan. I was locked in a room all day and I was camping all day long.

I comp two to 300 houses a day. And so I just got so good at it, right? So good at it. So good at it. And that I, now I can comp a house, you know, 30 seconds sometimes or less, right? So that's secret sauce. It's reps. Now, how do you get in more reps? Because we don't have a lot of comping calls when we do. We have Jeff's comping call, uh, John comps, I comp. Here's what you can do.

I do that stream on YouTube every Sunday, straight out of comp.

What you can do is just fast forward to an address.

You comp it first, and then hit play, and then watch me do it and see what I come to.

And then that way you can check and say, okay, did I get it right or did I get

it wrong? And here's what I do on that live stream. I talk out loud about what I'm thinking about. Just like when I do it with you guys here, what am I thinking about? Why am I saying this versus that? How did I come to this conclusion instead of that? I vocalize it. So it's not just happening in my head. Like I'm, you know, just this like

robot. I do it so vocally so that you can become that. Because this is, I mean, we can all

When I had ran the ARV I didn't realize it was a wood frame so I ran it as a block.

And then every time I get a contract accepted, I always rerun the ARV just to make sure that the numbers make sense because I'm actually getting it now.

And I ran it again and I was like, oh crap. Like ARV went from 375 to like 280. And we had a locked up at 210. And I was like, damn, there's no way. And we had just sent out like two or three
