We talk a lot about the external effort that it takes, the tangible income, expenses, doing the work, which is important to have those things covered and understood.

But there is the intangibles that are very important, like your habits and mindset, that really make any of this possible.

You can have a lot of money. You can have someone who's also in the same situation as me or have more than me and still can't fathom doing some of the things I'm doing. And so I think it really starts as like a sense of belief in what's possible and you have to almost have a irrational sense of belief in what can happen. It's not necessarily that if anyone can do it, I can do it too, but if one person can do it, you can be two. If none have done it, you can be one. And that's

always been my approach to most anything I've done in life. And it has translated now into my business and to how I approach finances. You won't know there's an opportunity if you can't see it. And I'm able to sometimes see the opportunities in the obstacles. So if someone who maybe had a long commute, like, this is horrible. I'm like, all right, how can I use this commute to help me?

And it did. And so these are the things I say that you need to start with or focus on,

not just the external, but the internal set you know to maximize the opportunities or you know

to even recognize that it's an opportunity.
