workplace that is creating the divide the tension between the worker and the leader to a level that we've never seen before.

The ideal leader is the kind of leader that people like, respect, and are willing to follow and they follow.

But to be that person, you need to embody characteristics of two different types of people.

So the ideal leader is essentially a blend, a medley, if you will.

You must become this dynamic duo. What am I talking about? I think the medley for the ideal leader is a good
