myself to personal growth and transformation by revamping my mindset.

I went from being unable to run a mile to conquering four marathons the following year.

Now, I want to help others manufacture big breakthroughs of their own.

The old way of leading, the traditional hierarchical command and control model is not going to achieve what it needs to

to attract and retain the talent and to bring out the best in people.

And it's not going to enable the collaboration and innovation to stay relevant in the changing

world.

So we need a new way to lead that's relevant for our times.

And I call it trust and inspire.

Where the whole premise is rather than trying to control people,

you're trying to release people, unleash them,

see the potential, the greatness that's inside of them,

and try to bring it out of them.

And so we're always trying to, yes, get results,

but do it in a way that grows people, that unleash his people, unleash his talent, so that your ability to grow in the future has just

gone up.

And people respond to that.

They're inspired by it.

They want to be a part of it.

You're more apt to keep them, to engage them, to inspire them, and to bring out the best
