Ray is a two-time bestselling author and this year his coaching and training company was listed on the Inc. 5000 list.

You may know his name as I'm always quoting him for his concept around ILT that's Invest Learn Teach in regards to content creation.

Ray is going to share some content today and branding formulas for dominating any niche and how he went from personal for a closed or journey over $10 million in revenue in the past three years.

Ray, take a minute, brother, fill in some gaps from that in-show and give us a little glimpse of your personal life.

So yeah, I'm now, as of a year ago, I'm a father of three, get a little baby girl now to add to my two teenage boys.

Doing the whole parenting, some people would say, again, I would say really for the first time because when my boys were young, I was working non-stop, three jobs, barely saw them.

So it's really a new experience for me and I'm just loving every minute of it.

I've been helping entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs, network marketers, people, and your buddy Michael called solopreneurs, offer speakers and different things.

Just dominate their niche. That's what we know how to do and we've done that by creating a lot of content to build a large audience.

And this year, like you mentioned, we were on the Inc. 5000, which was super cool.

And yes, we're excited to rock this out with you and help some people out.

Ray, I love your story because, you know, 59 years ago, you were just working non-stop, as you mentioned.

And I'm not saying you missed the baby and childhood of your kids, but you weren't as present as you are now.

So like you said, I mean, you've now been able to create location and lifestyle freedom that's allowing you to spend time with your baby daughter and experience that and just have a lot more QT and maybe see those things that you might have missed first time around.
