Welcome to our Thursday's broadcast of the Gospel Truth.

Today I'm continuing to teach from Matthew chapter 14 about Peter walking on the water.

And I'll tell you this has been powerful.

I mentioned this on Monday's broadcast, but it's probably been 25 or 30 years ago that I was just studying this passage of Scripture.

And I mean, God just opened this up to me.

It's like an explosion on the inside.

And I saw so many of the principles that we have to use to relate to God and to see His miraculous power in our life.

I saw it in this story, and I sat down any one day's time.

I made three one-hour teachings on this, and I've combined it into a book.

We're offering this book entitled How to Become a Water Walker.

And we've also got the teaching on CDs and DVDs, and we've got a study guide.

And anyway, this to me, it just has so many of the things that are necessary for us to walk in the supernatural power of God.

So many of these elements are in this one story.

It's just a great example.

And so that's what we've been doing this week is teaching on how to become a water walker, how to walk in the supernatural power of God.

So I've already made some great points, but we started in Matthew chapter 14, verse 22, where Jesus had to constrain our compel the disciples to get into the ship.

That means there was resistance on their part, but to their credit, they went ahead and did what God told them to do over their own intellectual objections to it.
