I started treating it like the main hustle.

I started treating it like the main business.

And I'm telling you right now, it made everything easier, not just the ability to raise money,

but the ability to attract and hire and retain good quality team members, the ability

to have access to better quality opportunities, better quality deal flow,

access to better lenders, vendors, like everyone all of a sudden wants to do business with

you once you build your personal brand.

And it is the biggest life hack than nobody talks about, probably the most valuable thing

that you could build for yourself in 2025 and beyond.

What's up everybody? Welcome to another episode of the Rich Summers Report podcast. Today we're

going to talk about how to get ahead of 99% of all people because at the end of the day, the bar

has never been this low. If you take myself, for example, just six years ago in 2019, I knew

nothing about business. I knew nothing about real estate investing. I was working full time as an air traffic

controller, controlling airplanes in the sky. And in just six years time, I've been able to

build an $80 million real estate portfolio, boutique hotels, apartments, and short terminals,

um, a couple businesses and a team of 11, 12 of us, including our VAs where we're doing,

uh, multiple seven figures in the businesses. So the bar has never

been so low as I looked forward and I look back. There's a few simple things that you guys can

take with you this year and actually tasked today to make a big job and really move the needles.
