How to be wealthy by age, but more importantly, can you catch up?

Brun, I'm excited about this because we get this question all the time. Somebody says, hey, I love,

you're show, I love your content, I love the things that you guys share, but man, I wish I would have

found you 10 years ago, 20 years ago, maybe even 30 years ago, and I'm nervous I may be behind.

I really wish that you would say something to me that would help me catch up or let me know what

are the things necessary to get me back on the right track. Well, first, take a big deep breath

because I think a lot of times we all fill this pressure. First, congratulations, you even

watching financial content. That's a huge step forward. I think a lot of times we ought to take

a deep breath and really look at what does wealth mean both here in America, but also on the world

stage because you might feel a lot better about yourself once you have that context. Yeah, it's

really interesting. If you look at the median total wealth per adult worldwide right now in the world,

it's about $7500. I'm gonna say that you get a $7,522 worldwide wealth. In the US,

the median net worth of an individual is $79,274. So from a relative wealth standpoint on average,

just the fact if you live in this country and you're listening to this content, you're in a pretty

decent spot already. Yeah, and it's important. Everybody understand. When we say net worth,

what we mean is as we're talking about the value of your house, the equity you have in it,

your financial assets, your cash that you're doing for emergency reserves, all this stuff. And I

know sometimes on our show, we have a tendency because we talk to financial mutants that the numbers

are big. That's right. I mean, but I want everybody to we didn't come for money. Sure. So everyone

starts from somewhere and we never want our content to feel like it's putting up an obstacle
