line, something about us working in children's publishing and not doing the math, saying we have 100 books that we've done or something.

And then I would come in and say we sometimes interview people, which is what we're doing today.

Jake, do you want to talk a little bit about that?

Yeah, it's Benji Davies.

And this is an artist I've been following for maybe the last six or seven years.

And I was just made aware of them like online.

I was looking at children's books. Just trying to like

get myself familiarized with like what's going on and what people are doing. And I came across

the storm whale, which was his sort of, it's 10 years old this, I believe this year. And it was sort of his knockout a breakout success book and he's done a series of of these storm whales books since then but I was just taken by his style like this was a guy who really looked like he had an established understanding of how he illustrates the kind of tone and story that he wants to make.

His other book I got was Granddad's Island, which is another great book.

It's a look at how children deal with death, right?

And so I love that book as well.

And we were reached out to by Gallery Nucleus,

who is having a show, his first U.S. solo show exhibition at Gallery Nucleus.

And they reached out and said, hey, do you mind interviewing

him? Would you want to interview? And I'm like, yes, I'd want to interview him. I'd love to.
