Summary

Whether you are an entrepreneur who travels a lot, an athete in between teams or still living with roomates as a college athlete, your envirioment has the ability to make or break you. It can be difficult to work out when you don't have all the right equipment, to eat healthy on the road, or to lock in and get work done when your space is small. 

Regardles of your challenges, it doesn't change the fact that it's still up to you to get it done. 

In this practical episode, I break down just how to approach this problem and set up a mindset and stratgey to be productive regarless of where you are or what surrounds you.

discipline is crucial. You hear me talk about that all the time. You hear me talk about the

importance of consistency. Of course, we all know this. You have to be disciplined. We have to be

consistent. We have to make sure that we do the right things consistently. Punch in and out. Get to the gym. Do that work.

Wake up on time. Boom, boom, boom, boom. We hear this over and over and over.

Then of course we go back and we start writing out our plans, right? We identify what we got to do.

We start writing out our routines. Boom. We set weekly goals. We want to do this five times out of the week, seven times out of the week, three times out of the week. And then the week happens. 50%, 70%, 80%, 30%. Maybe you didn't get to any of the things you said you were going to get to.

And most of the time, the reason is because of changes in our environment.

The reality is life is very fluid, right?

So we may plan something out and then life happens. Even when it comes to

bigger changes in our environment, whether it's you're moving, you have good intentions for

when you move into the new spot. But then the transition time totally fucks up all of your momentum. And it's now
