Summary

We're kicking off this episode with thoughts on dry January, some life updates from Ashley, Rayna's feelings about starting her tour, and then we're laughing about the hilarious "describe your ex as a store" trend and sharing our own. Then we have an interview re-release with Mimi Bouchard, founder of the Activations app, to discuss the most effortless way you can start to manifest what you want in life. She shares her story of transforming her life and what led her to start the app (hint: no meditation required), and we discuss things that numb you vs. things that make you feel alive, how to act like your future self even in the smallest moments, reducing your screen time, and our personal favorite, manifesting during sex. you asked. I went on the road like to do a couple shows this week like with Britney shows. I went to

0:47.1

Portland and Seattle and I opened both shows asking as anybody. Oh, you did. As anybody still doing

their resolutions. Okay. And a lot of people yelled out, I'm doing dry January and I'm done with it. And that was decided that was January 7th and 8th. They'd already given it up. Yeah. Is anybody still doing their resolutions? I will say though, I think we're hearing about it less because I think people drink less. They are just drinking less. Yeah. I think we all got to be drinking more. The state of the world, who can not drink?

1:11.1

some beers. He is so he loves. He's a beer drinker, but it's so funny. Like I, when I was in my heaviest drinking phase, I would like sober up with beer. I always sober up with beer. It's insane. Like end of the night, oh, I'll switch to beer. I need to sober up. That's insane.

1:44.9

That's how I always did it.

1:46.1

It was just so I, like, also like, so I wouldn't get hung over in between venues.

1:58.2

Like if I would go from one bar to next, I drink a beer in between. So I didn't get, like, hung over before I started drinking liquor again. Yeah. I do think people are just drinking less, and so I don't hear about it as much. Or more.

1:58.8

I'm saying, I just think it's like, whatever we're doing, we're not stopping.
