Summary

Tessa wears all her clothes at once. Stevie is frightened of colours and once wore a pussy bow so big she couldn’t complete an exam. They have trawled the internet for hot tips on how to look chic on a budget and lots of the tips are things like “invest in a good trouser” which doesn’t help when you’re broke, so they’ve gone rogue. Tessa’s tips mainly involve epaulets. Enjoy.
