So today what I'm going to be talking about is I'm coming to you just so you know I'm coming to you live from Dubai.

And today what I'm going to be talking about is how to be happier, very simple, simple thing.

This shouldn't take too long this episode but it's a quick reminder and I wanted to, you know, I've been traveling a lot and I realized like the other day we had an 18 hour travel day where we went from, you know, we had to wake up at 4.30 and we didn't get to our destination until the next day.

We got up at 4.30 am didn't get to our destination until like 2 o'clock that time zone.

So it was, it took a long, long time to 2 a.m. So it was 4.30 am to 2 a.m. basically.

It was like 18 hours or 20 hours. I don't even remember I tried to block it from my head but with that much traveling traveling is great.

I love traveling. It's amazing. I'll never complain about it.

But when you're doing all of that traveling and you're going from one place to another to another to another to another to another.

It starts to take a toll on you and you've, you know, kind of really forget to just be happy just to be happy.

And you may have heard me talk about this before just to be happy for no reason.

But one of the things that I realized that I do when I'm going through something that I'm just like, damn, I really don't want to be here right now.
