Okay, so they were going to be talking about how to be happier right now in this second.

The way to be happier and the reason why most people suffer is because they are thinking about what they don't have.

They are thinking about all of the expectations that they have for themselves, for other people, for where they wish they were in their life.

All of these expectations that they're not living up to.

And so they feel like they have less of something. They feel like they are less than they should be, that they are not as far along in their life as they actually want to be.

And so what the problem is is that they're focusing on all the stuff that they don't have.

They're focusing on the expectations that they have of themselves and they have of people around them which we can all agree are probably higher than people will ever meet and we might ever meet.

We like to hold ourselves to high standards. So therefore if we're constantly gauging ourselves and our self worth comes from our expectations of ourselves, these expectations that are higher and always raise themselves, then there's a pretty good chance that we're always going to feel like we're not enough, like we're not living up to our standards.
