0:15.4	It's actually the third week of April and we've been in a wellness journey in my RTK
0:24.4	inner circle which is my mentee program and it is phenomenal.
0:31.0	People are losing weight, people are losing internal weight, people are getting free and
0:37.7	as well as on our wellness journey we're also doing a hashtag brag on God journey where
0:48.0	this whole month we are instead of speaking negative out of our mouths we are speaking only
0:56.4	positive.
0:57.6	So basically we're looking all throughout the day for things to brag on God about.
1:05.4	That's right and listen to me.
1:08.0	I preach this every day.
1:10.4	I am always on social media always preaching out of your mouth as the abundance of the heart
1:16.9	out of your mouth comes whatever is in you what's in your heart comes out of your mouth
1:20.8	what's in your head comes out of your mouth and if we're so focused on all the wrong that's
1:26.8	why our lives are stuck because we are prophesying the negative in our lives and so oh my
1:34.6	gosh this has just been the most incredible week the incredible month what am I saying
1:41.6	the whole month has just been incredible watching people's lives change and so while we're
1:47.3	in the third month of April some of y'all will be listening to this in June in July and
1:54.1	January this this podcast will be up forever and so some of you are listening to it in
