But first, our news corner. Males here, it's mail time. We got some love letters from the fat

Malene. And Blue's Clues Steve goes mailbox, I'm so happy you're here. So I'll say,

Yelly, I'm so happy you're here. I'm gonna sit down and have my handy-dandy recorder and you

tell me what's in the SAF mailbox. Well, we've got a very special letter from Hannah who says,

I don't remember how or when I found SAF, all I know is that it changed my life. It came to me when

I had just started flirting with body positivity and fat liberation. The pod was a revelation.

I listened to it on the subway in the shower. While I was doing dishes, it slowly

replaced my negative inner thoughts with a whole new powerful ideology. It made me feel less alone

and so much more powerful. One episode that stuck with me was spilling the disability with Alex

Locust. I don't think I'd ever heard a straight-size person whose body is otherwise marginalized,

express interest in fat liberation. Fatness is so intersectional. Thank you to Sophie, April,

and everyone who has ever been involved in the production of SAF. We'll miss the show so much,
