Your customers and fans will give feedback on what they like about you. You should listen to them. There is a paradox between what you are inspired to give and what the world is ready to receive.   Listen To Your Critics. Your critics are also giving you feedback on how you are perceived in the marketplace. Try and sideline your ego and listen to them.   What words or values could you own? What phrases could be owned by you like the Nike ‘Just Do It.’ What are you synonymous with and for? This might be a merging of values that you hold it life. You don’t have to actually own it, but customers know they will get that word from you. If you are not consistent with your brand then you will lose any good will you have amassed.   What is your mission and vision? How are you going to change the world? The vision is the unattainable outcome that your company exists to reach for. Read the vision and mission of companies that you are inspired by .   How do you help solve people's problems? Product creation is all about solving a meaningful problem. What feedback are people in your community giving you around the problems that they are facing.   What is your story? People buy stories, your past, your struggles and your results. Then, now, how and action is a good model for telling your story in business. It should include your credibility and the reason why people should buy from you. Bios should be maximum two fold so one full page in a book.
