Today's podcast is entitled How to Be a Pro in an Unskilled World.

Sounds like a judgemental statement and maybe it is, but this podcast was inspired by a recent conversation I had with a bunch of my kids, friends.

For my kids in college, always our house from day one has always been the place to hang out.

We'd have 40, 50 people at our home throughout our kids lives.

We were always the place to come hang out.

We had the house set up for it. We had the backyard set up for it.

I mean, basically Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, there was always a big group of people over.

And obviously with COVID and so on and so forth, a lot of that's gone away.

But a lot of young folks, as I experience in our struggling, they've been struggling with the pandemic,

been struggling with the ability to connect and interact.

So what we've started doing is we have a big fire pit in the backyard.

We're able to do the social distancing.

We kind of have the snacks and whatever else outside.

And we have a little smaller groups than we used to have.

But we've been having groups of maybe six or seven kids over just sitting down having the chat, having the conversation.

One topic that keeps coming up over and over again, a lot of the kids they listen to the podcast

or they read a lot of the books I give out.
