about this interview for many, many months, weeks, years, even trying to make this happen,

but we finally made it happen. So what we're going to do, I'm going to play the intro,

we're going to go straight into it, and we're going to find out all about one of my favorite

peoples on Instagram, Miss Kira Castle, or why is known as the coach for the host.
