What is disruptive?

This podcast is called the disruptive entrepreneur and the word disruptive is very commonplace now in business,

startups, tech, Silicon Valley. It's almost now, in many industries, kind of fashionable to be disruptive but no point shouting for the sake of it and

Just having false promises or being controversial just for the sake of being controversial. So in your business,

whether you're a startup, an existing growing business or you have a monopoly,

or you're an entrepreneur or an entrepreneur or an employee what does being disruptive mean?

So what I think disruptive isn't is changed for the sake of it.

There is no point shaking things up that are working.

And I see many people in business always trying to tweak and change and always wanted to

challenge the way things are done, even though things might be working already.
