Larry Janesky came from humble beginnings. No one in his family went to college, and he didn’t have the money to go to college, either. So he started his own carpentry business straight out of high school and expanded that business into a multimillion dollar home improvement empire.

Today, his company Contractor Nation fixes people’s homes—but there’s a lot more to it than that. Larry has created an intricate business model and started a product dealer network to have as much control over the supply chain as possible.
