All right, let's talk about complacency. I think that as we look at a new year and we look at a season

where we're surrounded by resolutions and some of you are really hanging on by a thread to keep

that resolution going and the science and the data says that resolutions fall off very quickly.

I think we need to really dive deep for a second on what really holds us back.
