The Land Geek.com. And on this week's Art ofive Income Podcasts, I have, you know, we spoke

years ago, David, years and years ago. David Barnett, who is going to talk to you about

buying a business and making it passive. But David, for those that didn't hear our first podcast together, kind of give your bio.

Yeah, sure.

So I'm a lifelong entrepreneurial geek, I guess, if we're talking about, you know,

if we're talking about, you know, geeks of various stripes.

So I've always been interested in business. And in, you know, in childhood, had those

childhood businesses like shoveling snow and delivering flyers and even got creative and, and,

I did a licensed brand deal to put my university's official logo onto Zippo lighters back in the 90s.

So I've got all kinds of different sort of businesses and business deals.

But basically I ended up in the world of business brokerage.

And I left that world after doing it for a few years.

I sold three dozen companies for other people, got into banking after that.

But people who were trying to do these

deals kept calling me up and i eventually ended up back in this space doing what i do today which is

consulting with buyers and sellers on how to purchase or sell small and medium-sized businesses and i
