The Lord wants us to pray to Him.

Pastor Greg Laurie says we see in the Lord's prayer how God wants to hear from us daily.

Father in heaven, give me this day my daily bread.

He didn't teach us to pray.

Give me this year my yearly bread.

You know why?

If God provided everything you need, all in one filth swoop once a year, guess how often you would pray.

Yearly, so give me this day my daily bread.

This is the day when the lost are found.

This is the day for a moment, again.

Amazing grace, now sweet and strong.

But can you hear the only angel for singing?

This is the day the day when I'm speaking.

For some prayer is like a fire extinguisher for a spare tire.

One of those things we put away out of sight until an emergency comes up.

But prayer should be something we put to use much more often.

Prayer is more like a spiritual smartphone.
