So I think sometimes folks confuse our position on social media and we're not we're not against social media you're not against it are you Martin?

about here though is people who are constantly checking Facebook, people who are

tweeting incessantly, you know, 50 times a day, people are on Facebook, you know, times a day people are on Facebook you know 50 a hundred times a day

you know the fact is that's ineffective and the question is what do you as a

manager do when one of your directs is having trouble drawing the line on what is

And I think you're right, I think your answers are going to surprise people because we have

Honestly, we don't recommend when you see one of your directs abusing social media,
