So basically I've recently changed jobs a few months ago and I have since realized that

the culture there is really toxic and I am not feeling well suited to the new role either.

I expressed these concerns to my manager who then discussed with the CEO and came back

to me and basically said we have nothing else for you, we should discuss and end date.
