how to make your dreams a reality. So, Hector, the very first step that someone needs to take to make

their dreams a reality is what? I would say the first thing is being in the right environment

surrounding yourself with the people that inspire you to become what you want to become.

100%. So for me when I first got into real estate I met someone that was making $75,000 a year.

I was inspired by that person.

I went and signed up for a in-person school and then joined that school,

showed up to class every day, and I was surrounded

with a bunch of people who were in real estate already,

who were renewing their license, or people who were in real estate already, who were renewing their license, or people who were inspired

to get their license and get into real estate.

So that was my first environment that bred me to get to this point.
