How's it going everybody? Welcome to the Positive Mindset Podcast. This is your Rose Henry,

I just want to give a special, special shout out if you're listening and you are a parent,

a guardian, or caretaker or something, and you stay home with kids,

uh, salute you because I have been doing it now for a little, you know, almost a couple

months and it does a lot of work. These kids will wear you out. I, um, I hurt my shoulder a little

bit. And so like I have to be even more

careful with picking them up. I have two girls. One's that one or almost one and one is almost

three. So they're one will be one in a couple days and the other one will be three next month.

So they're, you know, right along those ages and they require a lot of attention.

And I got to tell you,

these girls will wear you out. And so if you're someone that stays at home, you know, you definitely

put in the work and you don't appreciate something until you have to go through it, right? And so I just

want to say, if you're listening and that is you, you know, amazing job.

It's probably thankless a lot of times.

I mean, your kids will be better for it.

They may not thank you, but they'll be better for it.

But yeah, I mean, it just takes a special person to be able to do that.
