Hey, my sweetness, happy Sunday to you.

I hope that your day is off to a peaceful start.

What a week this has been for me and probably for you as well.

I think that as lovely as holidays can be, they can also be intense.

And if you've been following my journey, it has definitely been that.

And I am happy to say, and this is one of the awesome things I think about women is,

we are so resilient, aren't we?

I mean, you know you are with everything that you

have been through and come through and how quickly if we give ourselves some rest and time and

space how quickly we do bounce back I feel entirely different yesterday or today. Wow. I feel entirely different

today probably because of yesterday. I just, I gave myself permission to do only what I wanted

to do, which was basically nothing. I caught up with a few girlfriends, and I had a blast watching the Michigan-Ohio State game.

If you're not into it, you're just not going to care.

And if you are into it, it was like maybe the most exciting football game ever.

It was so fun to watch.

Obviously, I'm a Michigan fan.

So it was fun for us to watch.

Sorry, Ohio State fans.

And, but it just, it felt good to be home finally.

And just everyone was peaceful and resting and watching football and eating and cooking

and it was just it was a real joy. And I think after a full day of doing nothing and finished

it off with a round of Pinole because that's what we tend to do here when we're
