the teams that spend the least do you think that'll still apply to this off season will the smart

teams be the ones that largely stay away from the volatility of new deals under the exploding cap, or will identify,

or will be identifying them as the ones that exploit inaccuracies in an underdeveloped market?

How do you weigh maintaining flexibility as the cap grows versus the potential for signing
