0:00.0	That's one thing that I learned within the first two weeks of my job is that you are

0:08.3	You just keep plugging away, never take no for an answer and if they say no, try again

0:44.2	but these are chomped into like little tiny pieces.

0:48.4	So we're sitting here promoting something that is unbreakable and it's completely shattered.
