It's not just an easy sell.

People are paying five years ahead deposits to reserve assisted living rooms.

It's crazy.

The data is pretty shocking.

There are 77 million baby boomers, all of whom are entering their mid-60s, and at the higher

end, they're already in their 80s.

Not only is there already a huge supply demand mismatch, but it's going to become an enormous problem. And the industry, senior care

industry as a whole, is expected to be about $140 billion. One of the best opportunities in the next
