Mike this is fun. We've talked multiple times as a guest on your program and getting to know you and kind of looking at your websites and your products and just hearing your heart when you talk to me.

And I love your journey. I don't know a ton about it but I know enough to know that at some point you really begin to develop a desire to create a solution.

Do something that you loved and you started it. You've grown it to successful business and I've got a lot of people listening to my program that are in that situation where they're going.

Okay I think I have an idea or I've got the idea or I've got the idea and I've started it and how do I go from day job to dream job.

Into the right time so we're going to cover some of that. Let's go way back.

At what point do you get to a situation where you go I think I've got a passion to create something out of something old and make it new and redeem it and sell it.

So I think that's started for me. So when I was a kid I grew up it not too far from here actually a Mercer Tennessee.

So grew up right on the river with my grandparents and there wasn't a lot to do there except make stuff.

Anything that you saw on TV if you want to be a human you had to make your sword out of an old broomstick you had to do.

You had to do stuff just build things and so that was kind of ingrained to me then as a kid.

As I got to be older I went into the tech field I got it I was a software developer for about 15 years.

And in my 30s I really just started to have a desire to make things again.

And it's one of those things where you think okay I've got the successful career I'm making six figures I've done the ladder climbing and all that kind of stuff.

But I'm not really happy. I'm feeling my soul is just not feeling fulfilled.

And this kind of started with some hobby things to begin to do some woodworking and crafts on the side.

And as far as the wedding rings is that we make out of historic woods and stuff now that actually began as a as kind of a necessary thing.
