Jamil also runs a mentorship called Astro Flipping where he mentors and educates hundreds of entrepreneurs on how they can be successful in their own Wholesaling business.

We're doing a challenge coming up here. And I was thinking about how far you guys have come along in your wholesale journey, making money, moving here when you guys are in your early 20s, really no idea what you guys were going to do, figuring out what wholesaling was, joining the Astro community, and now you guys are like making 50, 60,000 bucks a month.

I'm sure there's people out there watching right now who are like, well, I'm young.

I don't want to go to college or I don't see a future for myself going and getting a sociology

What would you guys say were the top three things that you learned in your real

different with their life? The number one most important thing, and this isn't even just with

wholesale, this is that everything is the relationships are the most important because all those

relationships that you're building up from day one until we're going on year four.

We're still working together. We're still doing deals. And then we just make good friends with everybody that we're working with.

So it's just we're just adding to our network of just really good people to be collaborating with.

So would you say those relationships that you've been developing have all been monetized? Like you're making money on those relationships? I think it's across all the realms. Like you know that you have that like when you haven't done your first deal, you have, you need to get that belief. But like we've seen you how many deals you were doing and just other people we were talking to an astro. And it kind of like gets that belief already into you because
