The House of Representatives, as Speaker Mike Johnson calls them back in and to what we are expecting to be a vote that

passes to reopen the government. But it has been a long time since rank and file house

members have been in the District of Columbia. And there has not actually been a whip count here

in terms of where all of the Republicans are, where some of the Democrats are,

even though Democratic leadership are whipping against this vote.
